Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 14:00 (GMT+1) from Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day using PostNL, UPS, or DHL. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a track & trace code, so you can easily track your order. Please note that larger items, such as surfboards, will be delivered through Brenger, and might take a bit longer.

Dropshipping In the case that items are only available at our suppliers, they will be shipped directly from the supplier to your address. The shipping usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Find the most up-to-date product availability information on the product page.

Pick up Looking for a shipping alternative? Choose “Pick up at store” for free in-store pickup (available for most products).

How to track your order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.

How to check the product availibility?

To check product availability, visit the product page where you'll find two options. "Ready to ship" means the product is in our inventory and can be sent out immediately. Alternatively, "2-5 days shipping" indicates that the product is in stock with one of our suppliers and will be shipped directly from them to you, taking approximately 2 to 5 days before it is sent out.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

We offer free in-store pick up for almost all our products. Choose the "Pick up" option at checkout, and you'll receive an email when your order is ready for you. If this doesn't work, and you'd still like to collect your items in-store, feel free to contact us to discuss the options.

Help! I was sent the wrong items.

Sorry about that - while this doesn’t happen very often, it can happen. Get in touch with our customer support team as soon as possible, and we’ll figure out the best way to correct our mistake.

How do I return or exchange products?

Changed your mind about the product? No worries. Returning a product at Natural High is easy! You have 30 days to return the goods. Fill in the form that you received with your package. Pack everything in the shipping box. Always include the packing slip in the return box! Then drop it off at a designated drop-off point. Want to learn more about returns? Read our return page.
