Refund Refunds will be issued the same method of payment and the same credit or debit card as the original purchase (except for gift cards in which case you will be refunded a credit onto a new gift card). Return your order at the store Online orders can be returned in person at our Brouwersdam or Ouddorp Duin shop for an exchange, gift card, or refund. Check our stores here. In store purchases For all in-store purchases, that you would like to send back through mail, please get in touch. Exchanges Sorry, but we don't do online exchanges. Just return your item, make a new order. Or swing by one of our two stores to swap your product for something else, get a gift card, or a refund. Easy peasy! Warranty In case of warranty issues, please email shop@natural-high.nl with a photo of the damaged gear, a description of the damage, how it occurred, the product's serial number, and your original invoice.
