Return Process

Need a different size? Changed your mind about the product? No worries. You have 30 days to return the goods. The cost of returning the items is at your own expense. To ensure a smooth return, please follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the Natural High Return Form provided in your package or download it here.
  2. Pack the completed form along with your return items in a box and ship it back to us at the following address: Surfshop Natural High. Stoofweg 26, 3253 MA Ouddorp, The Netherlands. 
  3. Ship your return and go take a session! We aim to process your return or exchange within 48 hours from the time it is delivered to Surfshop Natural High. If you missed the return note in the first step, download it here. Once the refund is processed, you will be notified.

Before returning, please make sure of the following, otherwise, the product(s) will be sent back to you:

  • All products must be returned within 30 days after the delivery.
  • The product must be brand new and in its original condition with the original tags or packaging.
  • You are responsible for return shipping and any damage that may occur during transit, so ensure that you pack it with care.
  • Include the return note with your return.

Refunds will be issued the same method of payment and the same credit or debit card as the original purchase (except for gift cards in which case you will be refunded a credit onto a new gift card).

Return your order at the store

Online orders can be returned in person at our Brouwersdam or Ouddorp Duin shop for an exchange, gift card, or refund. Check our stores here.

In store purchases

For all in-store purchases, that you would like to send back through mail, please get in touch.


Sorry, but we don't do online exchanges. Just return your item, make a new order. Or swing by one of our two stores to swap your product for something else, get a gift card, or a refund. Easy peasy!


In case of warranty issues, please email with a photo of the damaged gear, a description of the damage, how it occurred, the product's serial number, and your original invoice.
