Description Lift Foils LIFT 5 F eFoil
The Lift LIFT 5 F eFoil is the most accessible entry point into the Lift5 ecosystem, designed for riders who want a stable, durable and confidence-inspiring setup for learning and progression. It delivers a smooth, quiet and intuitive riding experience while keeping the core Lift performance and modular system intact.
Built with a fiberglass board construction and a 28” aluminum mast, the LIFT5 F prioritizes durability, control and forgiveness in real-world conditions. The hull design focuses on easy lift, predictable take-offs and stable flight, making it easier to learn and progress across different water states. The system uses Lift’s direct-drive propulsion with Quiet Ride Technology for smooth, efficient and near-silent power delivery. The LCS (Lift Connect System) ensures full modular compatibility across wings, mast, propulsion and battery components.
The LIFT 5 F is available in larger, stability-oriented board sizes and is designed as a long-term learning platform that can grow with the rider over time.
Difference between LIFT 5 F 4’9 Sport and 5’4 Cruiser
The LIFT 5 F comes in two main board sizes that are tuned for different rider needs: the 4’9 Sport and the 5’4 Cruiser. Both use the same LIFT 5 F system and components, but the ride feel is noticeably different due to volume, width, and overall stability.
The 4’9 Sport (67L) is the more compact and agile option. It feels lighter under your feet, reacts faster in turns, and gives a more direct connection to the foil. Because of its smaller volume and reduced surface area, it requires slightly more rider input during take-off and balancing, but rewards you with a more responsive and playful ride once flying. This version is ideal for progressing riders who already have basic control and want more maneuverability.
The 5’4 Cruiser (83L) is the most stable and forgiving option in the range. The extra volume and length make take-offs easier, especially in lighter wind or choppier water conditions. It feels more planted underfoot, giving more confidence during learning phases or longer, relaxed sessions. The added stability also makes it better suited for heavier riders or those who prioritize ease and consistency over responsiveness.
In short:
4’9 Sport = more agile, more responsive, slightly more technical
5’4 Cruiser = more stable, easier take-off, more forgiving and relaxed ride
