

Every Friday from May to September, we hit the water with a small group of motivated wingfoilers ready to improve, get feedback, and have a good time on the water.
You’ll get coaching on exactly what you want to work on: from jibes and foot switches to freestyle or more control on the foil. Each week can have a different theme, and you’re always welcome to let us know what you’d like to focus on.
Foil Friday is all about progress in a relaxed and supportive setting. After the session, we grab a drink together and check out some video clips to see how things went.

What do you need?
- Your own gear
- Helmet & impact vest
- At least basic foil control ( You should be able to ride back and forth on foil and stay upwind).
Minimum 4, maximum 8 participants.
