On November 30th or December 1st, it’s time for the Battle of the Dam at the Brouwersdam, where riders will compete for their biggest airs. With four divisions for all levels, there’s room for everyone to show their best. Track your top three jumps in the Surfr app, and let’s see who takes the top spot in each division. Contest Rules

  • Each rider must use their own Surfr device to track jumps, and no other measurement equipment is allowed.
  • Riders must register in the division that best matches their past jump heights; if no data is available, they should choose honestly.
  • Natural High’s crew reserves the right to adjust riders to a more fitting division if necessary.

What is the entry fee for the Battle of the Dam, and what does it include?

The entry fee for the Battle of the Dam is €40. This includes a cool goodie bag, lunch, and, of course, a shot at some amazing prizes! The prize giving will take place right after the competition on the Flight Zone terrace at Natural High.

When will the Battle of the Dam take place?

The event is set for either November 30th or December 1st, 2024, depending on the wind. We’ll make the final call on Wednesday, November 27.

Will there be a jury at the event?

No, there won’t be a jury. The Surfr app will automatically track all jumps, so scoring is handled directly through the app—no judges needed.

Can I use other tracking devices during the competition?

No, only the Surfr app is allowed for tracking jumps. This keeps scoring the same for everyone.

Who can win prizes?

Prizes go to the winners of each division, and winners must be present at the prize giving to claim them.
