Armstrong Performance Mast

The Armstrong Performance Mast is a top of the line carbon mast developed in collaboration with America's Cup foil engineers. Built for riders who want maximum efficiency, stiffness, and responsiveness, it delivers a noticeable step forward in drag reduction, ventilation control, and overall ride quality across a wide range of foiling disciplines.

Every section of the mast from the baseplate to the fuselage connection has been tuned using CFD analysis and expert engineering insight. The result is a mast that feels incredibly direct and precise underfoot, with a refined profile that cuts through the water cleanly and holds its line at speed. The proprietary titanium M7 mast top hardware keeps the connection to the board strong, light, and streamlined.

A 1-degree rake angle is built into the mast, which brings the foil closer to horizontal in the water for easier takeoffs, more forgiving touchdowns and jump landings, and a slight nose lift that helps prevent catching the nose at steep riding angles. A subtle but meaningful detail that makes a real difference in everyday riding comfort and safety.
