Inside, the bag is lined with dense PE foam padding to shield your gear from impact. The nose section is reinforced with 20 mm PE foam, protecting the most vulnerable part of your board. A removable 5 mm inner divider pad allows you to separate multiple boards to prevent scratches and dings.

Extra reinforcements at key stress points like seams, shoulder straps, and wheel mounts ensure long-lasting durability. Smart internal pockets keep screws, tools, and other small essentials organized and within reach.

Crafted from high-density nylon with a dirt-repellent coating, the Gearbag is built to handle heavy use. Strategic areas like corners and the baseplate are finished with extra-tough nylon. The heavy duty zipper is built for endurance and resists wear over time.
